The "Sixen" is a place you want it to be. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and a nice boss. My dish, an onion roast with Käs Kspätzle, came as ordered medium with fresh roasted onions and a good portion of spaetzle. The meat was very high quality and all the ingredients were fresh. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the taste. The portion was plentiful and I was well satisfied. The dessert, a quark soup, was really delicious! Great recipe with fresh fruits. The friendly service was on the ball and entertained us well. I also generally noticed that someone was there immediately at all tables when something went out, but that is commendable! The location is clean and tidy. All in all, a successful evening with very good food in a friendly atmosphere.

Enjoyment changes. Breaded schnitzel with spaetzle and sauce Half duck with potato dumplings and red cabbage. Sixenbräu hasn't been around for decades. Paulaner wheat beer, good in itself, came warm. Schnitzel, Au Au Au no teeth necessary. Duck see picture otherwise no comment. Yes, ... tough bird. Very friendly and accommodating staff. That was the only positive thing about this place.

Very friendly welcome. Good service. Extremely child-friendly, our little one got extra children's cutlery! All of our meals were very good and at very reasonable prices. We can only recommend the Sixenbräu Stüble!

Corona solid posts! male waitress who understands German very difficult, runs around with incorrectly put on mask! Seldom had such a bad and loveless sausage salad! if you are already taking part in the Corona Show, make sure that your staff understands!

When visiting Nördlingen we have been eating here. The roast pork and cheese noodles were great and very served appealing. The wait staff was also very nice. Greetings from Hamburg

Restaurant in Nordlingen where we ate typical Bavarian dishes. All very good especially the typical ravioli. Paulaner beer is also good. Not very fast service but overall we couldn't complain about anything.

Tasty food with delicious sides, good value, great setting (outdoors) definitely recommend.

Came on a whim late in the evening because my friend and I were hungry after exploring the Nördlingen Medieval Festival. What a hidden gem. Ordered the schwabentöpfle and was not disappointed. Can easily say it was the best dish in my entire trip through Germany.
